Tell us about your cruise plans
To help us discuss relevant options, include your preferred destination, approximate dates, number of travelers and cabin preference. For a booking arranged through Cruvella, include the booking reference and a short description of your question.
Email opens in your own email application. Nothing is submitted to Cruvella by this page; you choose whether to send your message there. Avoid sending payment-card numbers, passwords or passport scans by ordinary email.
Open an Email to CruvellaBefore requesting a quote
An inquiry does not reserve a cabin or confirm a fare. Ask for a written quote showing the supplier, ship and dates, cabin, currency, total cost, deposit and booking conditions.
Any Cruvella service fee, if applicable, will be disclosed separately in your written quote with its refund terms before you authorize payment.
Booked with another agency or the cruise line?
Contact your original booking provider for changes, cancellations, payment questions or access to that reservation. Cruvella is not the cruise line's customer-service department.
